This Privacy Policy explains how Goodcare collects, uses, discloses, stores, shares, and deletes personal data when you visit our website, create an account, search for care services, or offer professional care services through our platform.

Goodcare is a home-care matching platform. We help people find and connect with care professionals for services such as nursing care at home, companionship at home, exclusive hospital care, live-in home support, and physiotherapy. We design our practices to comply with applicable law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Our services are intended for adults. If you create an account or request care on behalf of another person (for example an elderly relative), you confirm that you are authorized to provide their details and that they (or their legal representative) agree to this processing where required by law.

Please avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive medical details. Goodcare is a matching and coordination platform; we are not your medical record keeper. Share only what is needed to describe the type of care you are looking for or offering.

3.2 Information from Google sign-in

If you choose “Sign in with Google”, we receive basic account information from Google such as your verified email, name, Google user identifier, and profile picture, solely to create or authenticate your Goodcare account. We do not receive your Google password.

When you use map or “nearby” features, we may process location information you provide (such as an address or area) or approximate location needed to show relevant professionals or search results. Exact device GPS is used only if you explicitly allow it in your browser/device.
